Syspal’s established production machine remained valuable, but support for its original Bema control was no longer available.
Should the future of a valuable machine be determined by an unsupported control system?
Syspal decided no. Instead of replacing the complete machine, the original Bema control was replaced with Phenix control technology, supported by operator training and ongoing specialist support.
