02 — INITIAL PHENIX REVIEW
John looks first at the commercial and operational picture. If the control problem disappeared tomorrow, would you be happy to continue using the machine?
03 — TECHNICAL REVIEW
Where appropriate, Craig reviews the machine and control technology. We work remote-first wherever practical.
04 — TRANSFORMATION PLAN
A suitable project can include the Phenix machine controller, Android HMI, machine-specific software, electrical/control modernisation, sequencing, data resilience, installation, commissioning, training and support.
05 — ENGINEERING & PREPARATION
Much of the engineering can happen before site work begins. Each completed transformation adds to our accumulated engineering knowledge.
06 — INSTALLATION
Installation is planned around the individual machine. Selected engineer partners may assist where appropriate.
07 — COMMISSIONING
The transformed control is commissioned against the machine and its required operating functions.
08 — OPERATOR TRAINING
We help the people using the machine understand the new interface and working approach.
09 — CONNECTED SUPPORT
The HMI can become a communication route between the machine, the operator and Phenix support.
